The central heating and effective shower added to the overall comfort of the stay. the small outdoor area with a BBQ was a nice touch, although we didn't have the chance to use it. the off-street parking was convenient and easily accommodated two cars. The property's location in a good residential area made it easy to access the nearest bus stop and convenience stores, with a quick journey to Durham Centre. the hosts were very accommodating, even going so far as to purchase a travel cot for us. the TVs in each room and reliable wifi were appreciated by our family. Overall, I found the property to be a good base for exploring the area, providing all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the quiet neighborhood and convenient location were definite highlights.
